Check out our “About Us” video, produced by WBRZ.
Since 1986, Prevent Child Abuse (PCA) Louisiana has been dedicated to accomplishing our mission: preventing the abuse and neglect of our state’s children. We do that by focusing on three areas: programs and training, advocacy and engagement, and research and evaluation
KIDLINE, 1-800-CHILDREN, offers free, confidential support 24 hours a day both to parents and child abuse victims, as well as information on local resources, child development, reporting suspected abuse or neglect, and the Louisiana Safe Haven Law.
Trained KIDLINE counselors can also be reached via text at 225-424-1533 and chat at pcal.org/KIDLINE.
